Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of lavishluxury.in (the “Website”) and any purchase you make from Lavish Luxury (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Who can use the Website

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using the Website, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

2. Our products

Lavish Luxury is an independent retailer. Unless a product page clearly says otherwise, our products are not made by, affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any other brand or fashion house. We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour, texture or finish may appear because of screen settings and lighting.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the product and send you a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the payment is not confirmed, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy and our Money-Back Guarantee.

6. Unboxing video requirement

To keep the process fair, every return, replacement or refund request must include a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video. The video must show the sealed package before it is opened and continue through the whole unboxing without cuts or edits. Requests without such a video may not be approved. This protects you and us from inaccurate or fraudulent claims.

7. Intellectual property

The Website’s content, including the Lavish Luxury name, LL monogram, text, photographs and design, belongs to Lavish Luxury or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

8. Using the Website

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by trying to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.

9. Links to other websites

The Website may link to third-party websites and social media services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit or data. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Website availability

We work to keep the Website available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. The Website is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at [your city], India.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. Orders are governed by the Terms in force when the order was placed.
