Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when we deliver your Lavish Luxury order. Please read it together with our Terms and Conditions.

1. Where we deliver

We currently deliver across India. If we cannot deliver to your pin code, we will tell you before you pay or refund you in full.

2. Shipping charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹10,000.
• Flat rate shipping of ₹[amount] on orders below ₹10,000.

The shipping charge for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Processing and delivery times

• Processing: orders are checked, packed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days of payment confirmation.
• Delivery: after dispatch, delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days. Remote areas may take longer.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched, we send you the courier name and tracking number by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

5. Delayed orders

Delays can occasionally happen because of courier issues, bad weather, high demand or other events outside our control. If your order is delayed, we will let you know promptly with an updated delivery estimate.

6. Receiving your order

Please check that the outer package is sealed and undamaged before accepting it. Record a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video from the sealed package onwards. You will need it for any return, replacement or refund request. If the package looks tampered with, please refuse it or note this with the courier and contact us right away.

7. Failed delivery

If a delivery fails because the address is incorrect or no one is available after the courier’s attempts, the order may be returned to us. We can reship it for an additional shipping charge, or refund the order value minus the shipping costs.
