Return and Refund Policy

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, this policy explains how to cancel an order, return a product and get a refund.

1. Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, tell us clearly by email at info@lavishluxury.in or by phone at [your phone number]. If the order has not been dispatched yet, we refund you in full.

2. Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Have been delivered within the last 14 days.
• Be unused, in the same condition you received it, with all tags attached.
• Be in its original packaging, with the dust bag, box and any accessories.
• Come with a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video, recorded from the sealed package onwards.

3. Products that cannot be returned

• Products made to your specifications or personalised for you.
• Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
• Products bought on sale or with a discount, unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

4. How to return a product

1. Email info@lavishluxury.in with your order number, the reason for the return and your unboxing video.
2. We review your request and reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and send it to the address we give you.

Unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. We recommend an insured, trackable courier, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged on the way to us.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned product, we will tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the product. We do not charge any fees for the refund. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.

6. Damaged, defective or incorrect products

If your product arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your unboxing video. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs. See our Money-Back Guarantee for details.
